제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 개발자 khgkjg12(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 오목 게임 앱 "오목판"과 그 웹 버전(이하 "서비스") 중 온라인 대전 기능의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 오프라인 기능(오프라인 인공지능 대전, 2인 대전, 블루투스 대전)은 계정 없이 이용할 수 있으며 이 약관의 계정 관련 조항이 적용되지 않습니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

1. 이용자는 온라인 대전에서 닉네임을 정하기 전에 이 약관에 동의해야 합니다.
2. 운영자는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있으면 앱에서 다시 동의를 받으며, 동의하지 않으면 온라인 대전을 이용할 수 없습니다. 오프라인 기능은 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

제3조 (계정)

1. 온라인 대전은 Google 계정으로 로그인해 이용합니다.
2. 이용자는 한 계정당 하나의 닉네임을 정하며, 닉네임은 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다(방 목록, 대국 화면, 전적).
3. 만 13세 미만은 온라인 대전을 이용할 수 없습니다.

제4조 (금지 행위)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

1. 다음에 해당하는 닉네임 사용
· 욕설, 비하, 혐오 표현(인종·성별·종교·장애 등에 대한 차별)
· 음란하거나 폭력적인 표현
· 다른 사람(운영자 포함)을 사칭하는 표현
· 개인정보(전화번호, 주소 등)나 연락처, 광고·홍보 문구
· 법령에 위반되는 내용
2. 빠른 채팅의 반복 전송, 고의적인 시간 끌기 등 다른 이용자의 대국을 방해하는 행위
3. 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위(비정상적인 방법으로 서버에 접속하거나 프로그램을 변조하는 행위 등)
4. 다른 이용자의 계정을 무단으로 이용하는 행위

제5조 (신고와 차단)

1. 이용자는 앱 안에서 부적절한 닉네임이나 비매너 행위를 한 이용자를 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고 처리 결과는 신고자에게 따로 알리지 않습니다.
2. 운영자는 접수된 신고를 접수일로부터 7일 이내에 확인하고 필요한 조치를 합니다.
3. 이용자는 다른 이용자를 차단할 수 있습니다. 차단하면 서로의 대기 방이 보이지 않고 서로의 방에 들어갈 수 없습니다. 진행 중인 대국은 끝까지 진행됩니다. 차단 사실은 상대에게 알리지 않습니다.

제6조 (운영자의 조치)

제4조를 위반한 경우 운영자는 위반의 정도에 따라 다음 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

1. 닉네임 초기화: 닉네임을 지우고 새 닉네임을 정하도록 합니다.
2. 이용 정지: 정해진 기간 동안 온라인 대전과 닉네임 변경을 제한합니다. 기간은 위반 정도에 따라 처음 위반 7일, 반복 위반 30일, 심각한 위반은 영구입니다. 정지 시점에 진행 중인 대국은 기권으로 처리됩니다. 정지 중에도 로그인, 로그아웃, 계정 삭제는 할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (서비스의 중단)

1. 운영자는 서비스 점검을 위해 매주 화요일 23:30~24:00(한국 시간)에 온라인 대전을 중단합니다. 점검 30분 전(23:00)부터 새 대국을 시작할 수 없고 대기 중인 방은 닫히며, 점검 시작 시 진행 중인 대국은 무효로 처리되어 전적에 기록되지 않습니다.
2. 긴급한 보안 조치나 장애 대응이 필요한 경우 예고 없이 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다.
3. 운영자는 서비스(온라인 대전 포함)를 종료할 수 있으며, 이 경우 종료일 30일 전까지 앱 또는 스토어 안내를 통해 알립니다.

제8조 (계정 삭제)

1. 이용자는 앱의 "내 정보 → 계정 삭제" 또는 계정 삭제 웹 페이지(https://gomokuboard-api.fly.dev/account-delete.html)에서 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
2. 삭제하면 계정과 닉네임은 즉시 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다. 진행 중인 대국은 기권으로 처리됩니다. 이미 끝난 대국 기록은 상대 이용자의 전적을 위해 닉네임 없이 남습니다.
3. 개인정보의 처리와 보관 기간은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

제9조 (광고)

서비스에는 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고와 관련한 정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침과 광고 제공자(Google)의 정책을 따릅니다.

제10조 (책임의 제한)

1. 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 운영자는 서비스가 중단 없이 또는 오류 없이 제공된다고 보장하지 않습니다.
2. 네트워크 상태, 기기 문제, 점검 등으로 대국이 중단되거나 결과가 반영되지 않은 경우 운영자는 대국 결과를 복구하거나 보상하지 않습니다.
3. 이용자 간 분쟁에 대해 운영자는 이 약관에서 정한 신고 처리 외에 개입할 의무가 없습니다.
4. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 관련 법령에 따릅니다.

제12조 (준거법)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the online mode of "Gomoku Board" (the app and its web version, the "Service") provided by the developer khgkjg12 (the "Operator"). Offline features (offline A.I. mode, 2-player mode, Bluetooth mode) can be used without an account, and the account-related sections of these Terms do not apply to them.

2. Acceptance and Changes

1. You must accept these Terms before choosing a nickname in online mode.
2. The Operator may change these Terms when necessary. For material changes, the app will ask you to accept again; if you do not, you cannot use online mode. Offline features remain available.

3. Accounts

1. Online mode requires signing in with a Google account.
2. Each account has one nickname, which is visible to other users (room list, game screen, game history).
3. Online mode is not available to users under 13.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

1. Use a nickname that contains
· profanity, insults, or hate speech (discrimination based on race, gender, religion, disability, etc.)
· sexual or violent expressions
· impersonation of another person (including the Operator)
· personal information (phone number, address, etc.), contact details, or advertising
· content that violates the law
2. Disrupt other users' games, such as repeatedly sending quick chat messages or deliberately stalling
3. Interfere with the normal operation of the Service (e.g., accessing the server by abnormal means or modifying the app)
4. Use another user's account without permission

5. Reporting and Blocking

1. You can report users with inappropriate nicknames or abusive behavior within the app. You will not be notified of the outcome.
2. The Operator reviews reports within 7 days of receipt and takes action when needed.
3. You can block other users. Blocked users cannot see each other's waiting rooms or join each other's rooms. A game already in progress continues to the end. The other user is not notified.

6. Enforcement

If you violate Section 4, the Operator may, depending on severity:

1. Reset your nickname: remove your nickname and require you to choose a new one.
2. Suspend your account: restrict online games and nickname changes for a set period — 7 days for a first violation, 30 days for repeated violations, and permanently for severe violations. Games in progress at the time of suspension are counted as resigned. You can still sign in, sign out, and delete your account while suspended.

7. Service Interruptions

1. Online mode is unavailable for scheduled maintenance every Tuesday from 23:30 to 24:00 (Korea Standard Time). New games cannot be started and waiting rooms are closed from 23:00, and games still in progress when maintenance starts are voided and not recorded.
2. The Service may be interrupted without notice for urgent security fixes or outages.
3. The Operator may discontinue the Service (including online mode) with at least 30 days' prior notice in the app or store listing.

8. Account Deletion

1. You can delete your account at any time from "My info → Delete account" in the app or on the account deletion web page (https://gomokuboard-api.fly.dev/account-delete.html).
2. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Games in progress are counted as resigned. Finished game records remain without your nickname so that opponents' histories stay intact.
3. Processing and retention of personal information follow the Privacy Policy.

9. Advertising

The Service may display ads. Information processing related to ads follows the Privacy Policy and the policies of the ad provider (Google).

10. Limitation of Liability

1. The Service is provided free of charge. The Operator does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. The Operator does not restore or compensate game results lost due to network conditions, device issues, or maintenance.
3. Apart from handling reports under these Terms, the Operator is not obligated to intervene in disputes between users.
4. Liability for damage caused by the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence is governed by applicable law.
